I founded Fusion Essentials with one goal in mind: giving my customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. Because I create all orders as made-to-order, I do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.

However, if you really, really need to cancel a placed order, please cancel within an hour. Depending on the product, I can sometimes push out your order quickly. So the sooner I know, the better.
