Vegan Neuralgia Salve

Organic Vegan Neuralgia Salve is a wonderful aromatic blend of certified organic, wild-crafted essential oils, carrier oils and butters for topical aromatherapy use.

Topical salves and balms are similar such that they can contain essential oils and herbal infusions. But there are also some differences. Salves tend to be oily and have a thin consistency whereas balms tend to be thicker. Salves are normally used for moisturizing the skin and addressing specific issues of the skin whereas balms tend to lock in moisture and act as a barrier against environmental particles and irritants.

Organic Lavender is a floral and has a beautiful, versatile aroma. Its main constituents are Linalyl Acetate, Linalool, (Z)-B-Ocimene, Lavandulyl acetate, Terpinene-4-ol, B-Caryophyllene, (E)-B-Farnesene, (E)-B-Ocimene, and 3-Octanyl Acetate.

Organic Roman Chamomile is often used in blends for its calming aroma which smells crisp, sweet, fruity and herbaceous. I love breathing Roman Chamomile straight from the bottle! I find it has a softness to it. Its major constituents are Isobutyl Angelate, Butyl Angelate, 3-Methylpentyl Angelate, Isobutyl Butyrate and Isoamyl Angelate.

Organic Eucalyptus radiata has less 1,8 Cineole than Eucalyptus globulus. Eucalyptus radiata has a softer, more pleasant aroma. Aromatically, Eucalyptus radiata is a bit sweeter and fruitier in aroma. It's main constituents are Camphor, Verbenone, a-Pinene, 1,8-Cineole, and Bornyl Acetate.

Wild-crafted Helichrysum italicum contains several diketones known as italidiones.,Steffen Arctander describes the aroma of Helichrysum Oil as being "sweet-fruity and tea-like, delicate undertone is unique, and the tenacity is quite outstanding." Its main constituents are Neryl Acetate: 6-40%, a-Pinene: 3-30%, Gamma-Curcumene: 8-15%, and Italidiones: 3-10%.

Organic Geranium has a distinctively rosy-floral essential oil that is rather strong and dominant in blends. Its main constituents are Citronellol, Geraniol, Linalol, Citronellyl formate, Isomenthone, 10-epi-Gamma-Eudesmol, and Geranyl Formate.

Organic Rosemary ct verbenone has a stimulating and more sweet, herbaceous aroma. It tends to be softer on the skin than Rosemary ct camphor. It's main constituents are Camphor, 1,8-Cineole, a-Pinene, Gamma-Terpinene, and Camphene.

Organic Cardamom smells spicy, woody, rich and energizingly sweet as a middle note. Its main constituents are 1,8-Cineole, a-Terpinyl Acetate, Linalyl acetate, (+)-Limonene, and Linalool.

Organic Sweet Marjoram has a beautiful, warm, herbal aroma. Its main constituents are Terpinen-4-ol, (Z)-Sabinene Hydrate, Linalyl Acetate, Gamma-Terpinene, a-Terpineol, and (E)-Sabinene Hydrate.

Wild-crafted Black Pepper Essential Oil has one major advantage: it doesn't irritate your eyes or make you sneeze like ground peppercorns can. The aroma of Black Pepper Essential Oil is reminiscent to freshly ground peppercorns, but it is a bit more complex with hints of green and perhaps a bit of floral. Its major components are Limonene, Pinene, Myrcene, Phellandrene, Beta-caryophyllene, B-bisabolene, Sabinene, Linalol, Pinocarveol, a-Terpineol, Camphene, and a-Terpenene.

Wild-crafted Plai Essential Oil is aromatically reminiscent to Ginger Essential Oil. Its aroma is pleasantly spicy with woody and peppery characteristics. Its main constituents are Terpinen-4-ol, Sabinene, Gamma-Terpinene, (E)-1, (3,4-Dimethoxyphenyl)butadiene, a-Terpinene, and B-Pinene.

Calendula has high amounts of flavonoids, plant-based antioxidants that protect cells from being damaged by unstable molecules called free radicals.

Organic Hemp seed oil is extracted from seeds of the hemp plant. The hemp plant’s THC concentration does not exceed 0.3%. Its major components are three polyunsaturated fatty acids: linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid, and gamma-linolenic acid. Its ratio of omega-6 (linoleic acid) to omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid) fatty acids is 3:1.
