Bergamot FCF is bergapten-free. FCF (furanocoumarin-free) refers to the chemical constituent(s) responsible for extreme sensitization of the skin to sunlight that has been removed from the essential oil. Its aroma is reminiscent to that of Orange Oil, but it is wonderfully more complex. It almost seems to possess an underlying floral and bitter characteristics. Its major components are (+)-Limonene, Linalyl Acetate, Linalool, Sabinene, Gamma-Terpinene and in this case, without the Bergapten.
Lavender is a floral and has a beautiful, versatile aroma. Its main constituents are Linalyl Acetate, Linalool, (Z)-B-Ocimene, Lavandulyl acetate, Terpinene-4-ol, B-Caryophyllene, (E)-B-Farnesene, (E)-B-Ocimene, and 3-Octanyl Acetate.
Roman Chamomile is often used in blends for its calming aroma which smells crisp, sweet, fruity and herbaceous. I love breathing Roman Chamomile straight from the bottle! I find it has a softness to it. Its major constituents are Isobutyl Angelate, Butyl Angelate, 3-Methylpentyl Angelate, Isobutyl Butyrate and Isoamyl Angelate.
Vetiver is typically used for emotional, spiritual and fragrancing applications. Its a ground note and is often strong in aroma. Its major components are Khusimol, Vetiselinenol, Cyclocopancamphan-12-ol, a-Cadinol, a-Vetivone, and B-Vetivenene.
Rosemary ct verbenone has a stimulating and more sweet, herbaceous aroma. It's main constituents are Camphor, 1,8-Cineole, a-Pinene, Gamma-Terpinene, and Camphene.
Sweet Almond is a primarily monounsaturated vegetable oil with medium viscosity and mild, nutty aroma. It typically contains up to 80% Oleic Acid, a monunsaturated omega-9 fatty acid, and up to about 25% Linoleic Acid, a polyunsaturated omega-6 essential fatty acid. It may contain up to 5-10% saturated fatty acids, primarily in the form of Palmitic Acid.

SENSITIVITY & ALLERGIES: I always use high quality, natural ingredients but some herbs and oils can cause reactions to those allergic or sensitive. When trying new products, always do a skin patch test by applying to a small area of healthy, non-irritated skin (the underside of the wrist or underarm is a good place), to check for skin sensitivities. This is especially important if planning to apply to broken or damaged skin. Wait about 20 minutes. Look for redness, a rash near the area or elsewhere. Always monitor yourself or your child whenever using aromatherapy blends.
