Peppermint is fresh, minty and a favorite around the holidays. Many are reminded of the taste of peppermint candy with its white and red stripes.Peppermint Essential Oil contains menthol. Its main constituents are Menthol, Menthone, Menthyl Acetate, Neomenthol, 1,8-Cineole, and Menthofuran.
Wildcrafted Cypress comes from a conifer tree. It has a fresh, herbaceous, woody and slightly coniferous aroma that blends well in citrus and floral scented blends. Its major constituents are a-Pinene, delta-3-Carene, Cedrol, Terpinyl acetate, Terpinolene, and (+)-Limonene.
Wildcrafted Lemon Essential Oil has a powerfully fresh traditional lemon aroma. It's main constituents are (+)-Limonene, B-Pinene, Gamma-Terpinene, a-Terpineol, a-Pinene, Geranial. Note: Cold pressed Lemon Essential Oil is phototoxic so if you apply it, please apply it when you know you'll be indoors.
Geranium has a distinctively rosy-floral essential oil that is rather strong and dominant in blends. Its main constituents are Citronellol, Geraniol, Linalol, Citronellyl formate, Isomenthone, 10-epi-Gamma-Eudesmol, and Geranyl Formate.
Juniper Berry comes from the branches and berries of the Juniper, a coniferous tree, which have been used in indigenous cultures for spiritual and medicinal purposes. Juniper Oil has a distinctive aroma that is woody, sweet, fresh and crisp. Its major constituents are a-Pinene, Sabinene, B-Myrcene, Terpinene-4-ol, (+)-Limonene, B-Pinene, Gamma-Terpinene, Delta-3-Carene, and a-Terpinene.
Hemp seed oil is extracted from seeds of the hemp plant. The hemp plant’s THC concentration does not exceed 0.3%. Its major components are three polyunsaturated fatty acids: linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid, and gamma-linolenic acid. Its ratio of omega-6 (linoleic acid) to omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid) fatty acids is 3:1.
Horse Chestnut is a tree that is widely used throughout Europe. The scent of horse chestnut flowers is beautiful and deserves further exploration in perfumery. Horse chestnut tincture has a fresh hay/barn-like aroma. The compound aescin is in horse chestnut. It is rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, rich in vitamin C and B-complex. It also contains a lot of minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, potassium.

SENSITIVITY & ALLERGIES: I always use high quality, natural ingredients but some herbs and oils can cause reactions to those allergic or sensitive. When trying new products, always do a skin patch test by applying to a small area of healthy, non-irritated skin (the underside of the wrist or underarm is a good place), to check for skin sensitivities. This is especially important if planning to apply to broken or damaged skin. Wait about 20 minutes. Look for redness, a rash near the area or elsewhere. Always monitor yourself or your child whenever using aromatherapy blends.
