Fluid Retention
For Organic Fluid Retention+ (Arms, Legs), this organic blend may be helpful for those who have edema in the arms, hands, legs, ankles, and feet due to chronic ailments, medications with side effects, unhealthy eating habits high in salt, and weight gain. The main output for water is from the renal system which is located in the lower back and sacrum. If homeostasis in not balanced within the body, water retention and bloating can occur.
The difference between Fluid Retention and the blend, Excess Water Release+, is the latter blend is aimed at those who are experiencing one or a transition of the stages of perio-menopause, menopausal, or post-menopause. I’ve gone through all three so I know what each stage can be like. Everybody has a different genetic makeup so what I experience may be different from what you’re experiencing. Some have mild symptoms like I did. Others have severe symptoms like I did but rarely. Still others have symptoms in between these two extremes.
This aromatic blend is applied on the lower back (sacrum) and over the kidneys. Apply the blend onto the clean surface of skin along the lower back(i.e., sacrum) and over the kidneys. Gently massage the blend into the skin towards the heart. Use the blend 2-3x/day.

SENSITIVITY & ALLERGIES: I always use high quality, natural ingredients but some herbs and oils can cause reactions to those allergic or sensitive. When trying new products, always do a skin patch test by applying to a small area of healthy, non-irritated skin (the underside of the wrist or underarm is a good place), to check for skin sensitivities. This is especially important if planning to apply to broken or damaged skin. Wait about 20 minutes. Look for redness, a rash near the area or elsewhere. Always monitor yourself or your child whenever using aromatherapy blends.
