I initially made this blend for my teen daughter who has been in competitive dance since she was 11yo and has been dancing since she was 4yo. After several hours of practice her feet are a little worn out so she just applies the blend over the clean surface of skin on her feet to ease her tired feet.

Organic Roman Chamomile is heralded for calming and easing a busy day. Its aroma smells crisp, sweet, fruity and herbaceous. Its major constituents are Isobutyl Angelate, Butyl Angelate, 3-Methylpentyl Angelate,Isobutyl
Butyrate, and Isoamyl Angelate.
Organic Rosemary ct verbenone has a stimulating and more sweet, herbaceous aroma. It tends to be more gentle on the skin. It's main constituents are Camphor, 1,8-Cineole, a-Pinene, Gamma-Terpinene, and Camphene.
Organic Geranium has a distinctively rosy-floral essential oil that is rather strong and dominant in blends. Its main constituents are Citronellol, Geraniol, Linalol, Citronellyl formate, Isomenthone, 10-epi-Gamma-Eudesmol, and Geranyl Formate.
Organic Benzoin possesses a sweet, warming, rich, vanilla-like aroma with resinous undertones. It is derived from the resin of the Styrax Benzoin tree. Its major constituents are Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Alcohol, (Z)-Cinnamyl, (E)-Cinnamate, Cinnamic Acid, Ethyl Cinnamate, and Benzoic Acid.
Wild-crafted Lemon Essential Oil has a powerfully fresh traditional lemon aroma. It's main constituents are (+)-Limonene, B-Pinene, Gamma-Terpinene, a-Terpineol, a-Pinene, Geranial. Note: Cold pressed Lemon Essential Oil is phototoxic so if you apply it, please apply it when you know you'll be indoors.
Organic Frankincense serrata or carterii is distilled from the aromatic resin of frankincense trees. Common to India it has a distinct sweet, spicy aroma with notes of anise and mint. Many find the aroma of Frankincense Essential Oil to be spiritually grounding and meditative. Its major constituents are a-Pinene, a-Phellandrene, (+)-Limonene, B-Myrcene, B-Pinene, B-Caryophyllene, p-Cymene, Terpinen-4-ol, Verbenone, Sabinene, and Linalool.
Organic Neroli is steam distilled from the fragrant flowering blossoms of the orange tree, Citrus aurantium. The aroma of Neroli Essential Oil is intensely floral, citrusy, sweet and exotic. It's main constituents are Linalool, (+)-Limonene, Linalyl Acetate, (E)-B-Ocimene, a-Terpineol, B-Pinene, Geranyl Acetate, (E)-Nerolidol, and Geraniol.
Organic Arnica contains compounds like sesquiterpene lactones. It has been used for centuries as a dilutable base for many essential oils in order to be carried onto the skin.
Organic Sweet Almond is a primarily monounsaturated vegetable oil with medium viscosity and mild, nutty aroma. It typically contains up to 80% Oleic Acid, a monunsaturated omega-9 fatty acid, and up to about 25% Linoleic Acid, a polyunsaturated omega-6 essential fatty acid. It may contain up to 5-10% saturated fatty acids, primarily in the form of Palmitic Acid.
Organic Olive Oil has an aroma that is fruity, slightly peppery. It contains approximately 10% saturated fat, 60% oleic acid (an omega-9 fatty acid), 11% linoleic acid (an omega-6 essential fatty acid), and less than 1% alpha linolenic acid (an omega-3 essential fatty acid).

SENSITIVITY & ALLERGIES: I always use high quality, natural ingredients but some herbs and oils can cause reactions to those allergic or sensitive. When trying new products, always do a skin patch test by applying to a small area of healthy, non-irritated skin (the underside of the wrist or underarm is a good place), to check for skin sensitivities. This is especially important if planning to apply to broken or damaged skin. Wait about 20 minutes. Look for redness, a rash near the area or elsewhere. Always monitor yourself or your child whenever using aromatherapy blends.
