True story: I have really high arches. My ballet teacher loved my arches when I was a child; but now that I'm an adult, high arches aren't great at all. I have an issue when standing and walking when each foot is placed onto the ground. It's called supination which means that when you walk, your weight tends to be more on the outside of your foot. Pronation means just the opposite where the foot lands inward due to not having strong arch support or flat feet. Well, for me and my ole feet, callouses build up on my heels. One day one of my heels had a crack in that calloused area. It was bleeding, and it was extremely painful. The following week my other heel cracked, bled and pain came along with the issue. So I made this blend to soothe, moisturize, heal the cracks and lessen the pain. I haven't had cracks in the heels since then.

Certified organic Lavender is a floral and has a beautiful, versatile aroma. Its main constituents are Linalyl Acetate, Linalool, (Z)-B-Ocimene, Lavandulyl acetate, Terpinene-4-ol, B-Caryophyllene, (E)-B-Farnesene, (E)-B-Ocimene, and 3-Octanyl Acetate.
