Organic Vegan Calm Balm is a synergistic blend of certified organic, wild harvested essential oils such as Hemp Seed, Roman Chamomile, Clary Sage. This aromatic blend is great for topical aromatherapy use in soothing away ruminating thoughts and fixated emotions. Add this blend as part of your daily self-care routine.

Topical salves and balms are similar such that they can contain essential oils and herbal infusions. But there are also some differences. Salves tend to be oily and have a thin consistency whereas balms tend to be thicker. Salves are normally used for moisturizing the skin and addressing specific issues of the skin whereas balms are tend to lock in moisture and act as a barrier against environmental particles and irritants.

Organic Hemp Essential Oil smells sharp, herbaceous, green and slightly spicy. Its major constituents are B-Myrcene, B-Caryophyllene, (E)-B-Ocimene, Terpinolene, a-Pinene, a-Caryophyllene, and B-Pinene.

Organic Roman Chamomile is heralded for calming and easing a busy day. Its aroma smells crisp, sweet, fruity and herbaceous. Its major constituents are Isobutyl Angelate, Butyl Angelate, 3-Methylpentyl Angelate,Isobutyl
Butyrate, and Isoamyl Angelate.

Organic Clary Sage is used for emotional and spiritual well-being. It has a distinctive herbaceous, earthy, slightly floral scent. Containing approximately 60-70% Linalyl Acetate, Clary Sage Essential Oil is likely the essential oil that is highest in this calming ester. Its major constituents are Linalyl Acetate, Linalool, a-Terpineol, Germacrene D, and B-Caryophyllene.

Organic Green Mandarin is often thought to have the sweetest aroma, and it tends to be less stimulating than most other citrus oils. However, it can be a wonderfully uplifting oil. Aromatically, it blends well due to its sweet and citrusy scent. Its major components are Limonene, gamma-Terpinene, a-Pinene, B-Pinene, and B-Myrecene.  Red Mandarin Essential Oil is the sweetest smelling of the mandarin oils. It is typically cold pressed from the rinds of ripe mandarins.

Organic Ylang Ylang Complete Essential Oil, pronounced as Eee-lang Eee-lang, Complete is the essential oil obtained from a complete, uninterrupted distillation. Within holistic aromatherapy, typically the Extra and the Complete oils are preferred. Ylang Ylang Essential Oil smells exotic, floral, sweet and slightly fruity. Its major components are Linalol, Farnesol, Geraniol, Geranial, Benzyl Acetate, Geranyl Acetate, Eugenol, Methyl Chavicol, Pinene, Beta-Caryophyllene, and Farnasene.

Organic Sandalwood is a deeply grounding, spiritual essential oil that instills a sense of inner peace. Its aroma is rich, delicately woody yet sweet. Its major constituents are (Z)-a-Santalol, (Z)-B-Santalol, (Z)-Nuciferol, epi-B-Santalol, and (Z)-a-trans-Bergamotol.

Organic Hemp seeds butter are uniquely nutrient-dense. They are high in metabolism-boosting thiamine, collagen-building copper, manganese for calcium absorption, phosphorus for strong bones, and zinc for immune health. They’re also a good source of niacin, iron, fiber, and easily digestible protein. As much protein as peanut butter, in fact, including all nine essential amino acids.

Organic Hemp Seed oil is exceptionally rich oil high in essential omega fatty acids and proteins. This oil has a pleasant nutty smell, deep green color, and absorbs well into the skin. This organic hemp seed oil has a dark green color. Hemp seed oil is also one of the “driest” natural oils available, being absorbed quickly into the skin. It provides high fluidity and excellent lubricity without being greasy. The oil does not contain detectable Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). The green color in hemp seed oil is a result of the high level of chlorophyll which is naturally present in the seeds.

Organic Jojoba Oil is actually a wax, and not an oil. Its composition is similar to that of the skin's natural sebum (oil). Its viscosity is medium.

Organic Coconut oil is famous throughout the world not only as an edible oil and hair tonic, but also as an excellent massage oil and smoothener for the skin. In the tropical parts of the world where coconuts are readily available and used in many ways, natives commonly spread coconut oil on their skin, as they believe that it protects from the sun’s harmful rays. Our Extra Virgin Coconut Oil contains saturated fats and acids which are important for our skin health. Saturated fats are medium chain fatty acids or triglycerides. Capric, Caprylic, and Lauric acid are not very different from the medium chain fatty acids, but it is still important to mention them separately here, since they have their own contributions.

Organic Sweet Almond is a primarily monounsaturated vegetable oil with medium viscosity and mild, nutty aroma. It contains up to 80% Oleic Acid, a monunsaturated omega-9 fatty acid, and up to about 25% Linoleic Acid, a polyunsaturated omega-6 essential fatty acid. It may contain up to 5-10% saturated fatty acids, primarily in the form of Palmitic Acid.

Organic Hemp seed oil is extracted from seeds of the hemp plant. The hemp plant’s THC concentration does not exceed 0.3%. Its major components are three polyunsaturated fatty acids: linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid, and gamma-linolenic acid. Its ratio of omega-6 (linoleic acid) to omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid) fatty acids is 3:1.

Wild-crafted Carnauba wax is a natural, plant-based product that is made from the leaves of the Copernicia prunifera, a Brazilian palm tree. Carnauba consists mostly of aliphatic esters (40 wt%), diesters of 4-hydroxycinnamic acid (21.0 wt%), ω-hydroxycarboxylic acids (13.0 wt%), and fatty alcohols (12 wt%).
