Organically grown Cucumber Seed Oil has a lightweight and silky feel and is well suited for dry and deficient skin, scalp, and hair. It is exceptionally high in calming phytosterols that support the skin’s natural lipid barrier, maintaining softness and a supple texture. Comprised of over 50% beneficial Omega-6 Linoleic acid, it helps the skin retain moisture and elasticity as it deeply nourishes. Melissa Essential Oil is reported to be helpful with depression and Melissa Hydrosol is said to also help with depression. Topically, Lemon Balm Hydrosol is anti-inflammatory and can help with skin irritations. Lemon Balm Hydrosol is anti-bacterial and anti-viral. Catty states that it might help with herpes sores.
Certified organic English Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) hydrosol is a species of flowering plant in the mint family Lamiaceae, native to southern Europe from the western Mediterranean to southern Italy. It is a woody, broadleaf evergreen perennial in the mint family (Lamiaceae) native to Southwestern Europe and southeastern Italy. There are many cultivars. contains a variety of chemical compounds, with the most prominent being thymol and carvacrol. These phenols are the main components of the essential oil, which also includes other volatile compounds like p-cymene, γ-terpinene, linalool, and 1,8-cineole. Additionally, thyme contains flavonoids (such as apigenin and luteolin), tannins, and triterpenes.
